Complaints


Should a client and / or other parties concerned, find fault with the actions of an employee or a service provider of Accountancy Firm Foederer B.V., they can contact the Office Manager of the concerning office. Should the parties concerned feel that the Office Manager insufficiently responds to the complaints c.q. that no agreement can be reached with the Office Manager, then the parties concerned can always turn to the Compliance Officer of Accountancy Firm Foederer B.V., de heer mr. R. Eikelboom, (R.Eikelboom@foedererDFK.com) or Mr H.J.M. van Houts RA, (H.Houts@foedererDFK.com) General Manager of Accountancy Firm Foederer B.V.
 
We assume that people act in good faith when they state their complaint and that they express honest, healthy concern.
 
All complaints will be carefully judged. We will carefully deal with your complaint or report according to internal fixed rules.
